We wanted to share comments that we recently submitted on two Administration rules important to health centers. The first set was in response to a solicitation for comments from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on the Reform of Federal Policies Relating to Grants and Cooperative Agreements: Cost Principles and Administrative Requirements, were submitted on June 2, 2013. The second set was a set of comments on a CMS final rule with request for comments on the Increased Federal Medical Assistance Percentages (FMAP) Changes Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which were submitted on Monday.
