The Cedar Riverside People’s Center (CRPC) in Minneapolis, MN was one of eight organizations to receive recognition for innovation in health care services. Specifically recognized for their “clinic redesign,” the health center’s objective was to capture and integrate new and creative ways to boost customer satisfaction. And boy did they!
“The Clinic Redesign project was an outgrowth of a complete remodeling of the People’s Center Medical Clinic in 2006. We are now better able to meet the needs of an increasing number of patients who come to the clinic. Our patient load has grown rapidly, especially in the past several months with the downturn in the local economy,” said CRPC CEO, Peggy Metzer who accepted the award in a ceremony last week.
Medica established the Awards this year. The winners and finalists were chosen from Health instiutions in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
