UPDATE!! CMS and HRSA webinar on Medicaid EHR Incentive Registration on January 18

As you all know, on January 3, 2011, registration began for the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program for eligible professionals (EPs), eligible hospitals (EHs), and critical access hospitals (CAHs) in multiple states. EPs can receive up to $63,750 over six years under Medicaid. Each state will have specific registration guidelines and understanding these guidelines is the first step for HRSA grantees to successfully navigate the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program.

This webinar will feature presenters from CMS’ Center for Medicaid, CHIP and Survey & Certification, Oklahoma Health Care Authority, and Oklahoma Primary Care Association.

  • CMS will present registration guidelines, tools to support registration, timelines, and components of the program
  • Oklahoma Health Care Authority will provide an overview of their approach to the program, and lessons that can be leveraged across states.
  • Oklahoma Primary Care Association will provide a Health Center perceptive with case studies and lessons learned from health centers that have registered for the EHR Incentive Program.

There will also be a question and answer period after the presentation.
