On February 4, 2014, CMS released its DRAFT 2015 Letter to Issuers, which outlines the guidelines for Qualified Health Plans who want to participate in the Marketplaces for the upcoming year.  CMS is requesting comments on the draft letter by February 24, 2014.  NACHC is currently reviewing the letter and will be preparing comments.  Please stay tuned to the Policy Shop for more information and let Roger Schwartz and Susan Sumrell know if you have any questions.
